This page explains what information we collect when you order from Shawarma Night on our website or Android app, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

01Who we are

Shawarma Night is a restaurant in Lahore, Pakistan with two branches: Township (Haider Road) and Model Town (M-Block). Our website and the Shawarma Night Android app are operated for us by Inpodex, Lahore, which also provides our ordering system (HisaabPOS).

02What we collect

When you place an order we collect:

Your name
Your phone number
Your delivery address (not needed for pickup orders)
The branch you chose
The items you ordered and any special instructions
Your order history

The app also stores a few settings on your device only: your language choice, your theme choice, and whether you've rated the app. These never leave your phone.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or payment card details. We only accept cash — on delivery or at the counter.

To call or message you about your order
To let you re-order and track past orders
To keep accounting records required by law

04Who we share it with

Nobody for marketing.

Your order details are visible to our branch staff and delivery riders so they can fulfil your order, and to Inpodex as our technology provider.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising networks or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs in the app.

05Where it's stored

Order records are stored in HisaabPOS on secure cloud hosting. Access is restricted to our staff and our technology provider.

06How long we keep it

Order records are kept for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your personal data (name, phone number and addresses) from our records at any time — see Contact below. We may keep anonymised order totals for accounting.

07Your choices

You can use the app without creating an account.
You can delete your saved addresses in the app.
To request deletion of your data, contact us.

08Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

09Changes

We'll update this page when the policy changes. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version.
